Archmage’s Chest:
If you have a partial set of legendaries, the best bang for your buck is the Archmage’s Chest. For 999 crystals, you’ll get 15000 gold, a chance to snag two random legendary cards, and some tokens for the Hero Tavern. As a bonus, you’ll also get two fewer rare cards.
Epic Hero’s Chest
Once you’ve got all the legendary cards to snuff, it’s time to get those heroes leveled up! Heroes can make or break your game, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve snatched a win because my trainer held the boss off for just that split second longer.
The Epic Hero’s Chest is the way to go – 800 crystals for up to 300 trainer fragments, 15-35 rare hero fragments, 0-22 epic hero fragments, and two random, less rare cards.
Worst Options
Unless you’ve got the highest-tier legendaries and heroes at your disposal, it’s best to steer clear of any extra purchases. That means no gold and no Season Pass levels.
Emotes
Try to resist the urge to buy emotes in the shop. They won’t be worth the crystals! Let’s get creative and unlock more expressive chat emotes instead!
Every season (30-day cycle) yields an emote at level 50, while those with a premium account can snag one at level 10. So if you save up your crystals, you’ll have plenty of emotes in no time!
